In this Hands-On interactive course, you will learn Range of Motion cupping with a focus on Sliding/Movement Cupping.

Room 2: This class is in Room 402F. Please enter at the back of the building where you will see a set of glass doors with the CE classroom sign under a black awning.

Cups will be placed on various areas of the body and then placed on the various muscle groups while moving through the range of motion. This will allow a deeper release of t stagnation and inflammation. This allows the client to experience a deeper release and relief from pain. We will be performing these techniques on various muscle groups on the upper and lower body, such as traps, rhomboids, lats, pectorals, quadratus lumborum, SI area, glute medius, hamstring, gastroc, soleus, tibialis anterior, quadriceps, TFL, biceps, triceps, upper traps, scalenes, SCM, wrist flexors and extensors.

The class is 8 live CEs, very participative, and the student receives a 12-piece cupping set with the class. Participants are encouraged to bring their cupping set from Jim’s Cupping I class with them if attended.

Previous Cupping class/basic techniques required. Students should bring: Hand towel, sheets, gel, oil or lotion, pen, water, paper towels and hand sanitizer and wear loose clothing.
