Instructor: Dr. Joseph Zappy, DC MSACN

Bio: Doctor Zappy is a Chiropractor. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, Board Certification in Physiotherapy, Certifications in ART, SFMA, FMS, Anatomy Trains, T=R, R2P, and RotA in addition to his Doctorate. He is the owner of The Wellness Institute of Chester County, a local Massage Therapy School, and has worked in the Massage Therapy field since he was in High School.

Room2: This class will be held in 402F, please enter at the back of the building. You will see a set of double doors under an awning, enter through the glass door with the CE Classroom sign on it.

What to Bring: Notebook and laptop. Dress is business casual.

What you will learn: Dr. Zappy will guide you through everything you need to know and do to get your business up and running as a Massage Therapist. He will guide you through the different financial and accounting practices that have kept him in business for the past 10 years. He will guide you through discovering your mission, vision, and philosophy so that your target is crystal clear. You will learn how to utilize a SWOT analysis and other market analyzing strategies to assess the most successful locations, demographics, and price points. You will learn operational procedures that are key to running a successful practice. By the end of this course, you will have written a complete business plan, guided by someone who has run a successful practice for the last decade.
