This class will cover the following aspects of Sports Stretching: PNF STRETCHING (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) Upper and lower body.

• PNF Stretching(Contract/RelaxStretching) Active/Passive Facilitated Stretching

PNF stretching is an effective way to increase range of motion using facilitated stretching and resistance from the client. This provides a deeper stretch .-Self care for the therapist as well. The class will be taught from a massage therapist perspective.

Please wear comfortable lab clothes!
