Myofascial Release (MFR) is an amazing healing tool that can provide profound and long lasting benefits to clients and practitioners alike. This workshop series will provide you with a solid understanding of the fascial system and the concepts and application of MFR. We will practice palpation skills and a variety of MFR techniques, with the majority of time spent in hands-on practice. Whether you are new to MFR or would like to deepen your skills, this series can help you effectively work with fascia and incorporate MFR into your therapeutic practice, both as an integrative tool and a stand alone modality. Practitioners who sign up for both the Foundations class and Myofascial Release I will receive a $100 discount for the Myofascial Release 1 class.

This is the second class in the series: This is a 2-day class, please note the dates and times
