Dr. Zappy is an Instructor and owner of The Wellness Institute of Chester County, a local Massage Therapy School in Exton Pa, and has worked in the Massage Therapy industry for 20+ years.
Summary:
TMJ (temporomandibular joint) massage techniques aim to alleviate discomfort and improve function in the jaw joint and surrounding muscles. These techniques typically involve gentle manipulation of the muscles around the jaw, face, and neck to release tension, increase circulation, and promote relaxation.
