Course Description:

1. Understanding the body's capacity to “remember” or “store” emotions or traumas in our cells.

2. Learning that in times of trauma or injury, our fascia system stores a “holographic” image of our body’s position, complete with all the fear, anger, sadness, etc. that was present at that time.

3. Hands On Techniques of Myofascial Release that help us bring our bodies back to those positions in time to allow the emotions to be felt, and then released fully from the body, truly beginning the path to authentic healing. This is accomplished by relaxing contracted muscles – and more importantly, restoring mobility and pliability to connective tissues, increasing circulation, and increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
